摘要

In this present work, we report on optical and electrical properties of Zn-doped NiO thin film deposited on ITO coated glass substrate by using sol-gel spin coating technique. The grown thin films were charecterised by UV-Visible Spectroscopy, Atomic Force Microscopy and Electrochemical Imepedance Spectroscopy. Interesting result have been obtained from optical spectra. Absorpsion peak values was increased up to a maxima with increase in doping concentration of Zinc. Then it started to decrease. The surface roughness of the Zn:NiO thin film was estimated by using AFM. Impedance study will be presented in details.
