The proposed method is supported by the holonic concept and includes existing (adapted or not) models. This method has been defined according to the system to study. For another type of system, the method should be different. So, the method has been successfully applied in a department with procedural working mechanisms, in which cooperation plays an important role. In fact, some consequent results have appeared during the reorganization step, "coming down" from a hierarchical structure to a holonic one. From this modeling and simulating exercise, a multi-holon society has been designed to help cooperation, coordination and communication in the system. A multi-holon society is currently under test, in a procedure that has been reorganized.
