摘要

Combinatorial synthesis is a powerful tool for preparation of drug leads. However, because of the lack of efficient analytical means to characterize the intermediates and small smount of byproducts produced in solid-phase synthesis, many chemists have turned to solution-phase method for library generation instead of solid-phase synthesis.
