With tender and fat meat, coprinus comatus is delicious, nutritious and good for our spleens. It also has an effect of clearing heart an tranquilization anda certain curative effect to diabets mellitus. It is a cultivation variety of mushroom with great commercial potentialities. In order to promote the domestication of coprinus comatus an select suitable nutriments for artificial cultivation, we conducted the experiments to study the growth nutrition of the coprinus comaturs hypha in 1997.
