More than 320 strains of soil-microbes were isolated from cotton rhizosphere soil. Based on soil-microbes-pathogen pairing culture, nine strains of soil antagonistic microes were selected, namely bacillus spp. Actinomyces spp. the abovementioned soil-antagonistic strains were tested for controlling cotton rhizoshperic disease in the field. the results showed that 9B sub 1 was the best, the control effect was 37.64
