A single-layered photoreceptor was made by incorporating charge generation material(CGM), electron transport material (ETM) and hole transport material(HTM) into polymer matrix. At the present stage, Y-TiOPc was used in CGM, TNF in ETM and several kinds of donor type molecular in HTM. The photoreceptor was found to show excellent bipolar xerographic performances and extremely high sensitivities in wavelength range of 750~850nm. The half decay exposure at 820 nm was 0.28±μJ/cm{sup}2 for positivecharging and 0.22 1±μJ/cm{sup}2 for negative charging.
