General specification for a diagnosis aid system of human esophagus tumors

摘要

This paper precises several axes concerning a diagnosis aid system of esophagus tumors from endosonographic sequences. The question of the aid system role in the clinician diagnosis elaboration is discussed. After a general presentation of theexpert reasoning key elements, levels where the pratician can be assisted are precised. Several features of the system aid are evoked and hypotheses about its components as Case Based Reasoning (CBR) are considered.
