Conceptual mtdsc theory

摘要

Modulated temperature differential scanning calorimetry (MTDSC) is an ingenious modification to linear temperature DSC (LTDSC). Modulating the temperature of the sample side increases both the amount and quality of the information obtained from a DSC experiment. However, along with the increase in quality of information comes an increase in theoretical complexity. This paper contains a conceptual explanation of basic MTDSC theory.
