摘要

Equivalent Coupled Diffusional Model (ECDM) is applied to set up governing equations for heat and mass transfer problem in porous media with a moving phase-change front. Variable time step method with Block Tridiagonal Matrix Algorithm (BTDMA) is employed to solve the equations. A new way of calculating the variable time step is put forward. The results agree well with experimental data. It indicates the validity of the equations and the new method.
