On a description of the normal-state resistivity in alkali-metal doped C_(60)

Two kinds of theoretical approaches, Ziman's resistivity formula ρ~Z and a usual approximate solution of Boltzmann equation for a small applied electric field ρ~B, to the resistivity expression for the alkali-metal doped C_(60) have been examined and compared. The condition under which they lead to the identical result of the normal-state resistivity of A_3C_(60) has also been afforded. It has been found that the both expressions give almost identical result on the intermolecular-mode scattering above the superconducting T_C but quite different one for the intramolecular-mode (ω_n) scattering except under such an extreme condition hω_nhω_n. It has been concluded that it is suitable to employ the Ziman's formula for description of the normal-state resistivity of A_3C_(60).
