Multi-ram forging is an effective process to produce complex shaped,hollow and flashless parts in a few operations.A two-dimensional elastic-plastic FE code was developed to simulate the processes.THis paer presents some aspects of FEM techniques used in the code.The forging process of T-joint part is investigated and the numerical numerical results agree well with the experiment.
