Estimation of the entrails use at completeness and complexness level

The sector of minerals and raw materials is one ofthe key industries in economics of Republic of Kazakstan. Itsrole increases especially under conditions of the marketrelations' development. The analysis of the statistical data andliterary sources shows that today at the mining-extractingindustry enterprises with the open-cast met- hod of mineralextraction the incomplete and in-complex use of entrailspotential takes place. As is obvious, this leads to theunwarrantable losses of ores and containing in them major andpassing minerals, to increase of the volumes of waste productsand alienable lands for their keeping, to the environmentpollution aggravation. The row of the directive, organisation andother measures, providing the rational use of entrails in theindivisible unity with the environment protection is adduced below.
