摘要

The influence o fimpeller geometrical parameters on centrifugal pump performance when handling viscous oils is investigated ocmparatively in this paper.On th test bed of centrifugal pump,the characteristics of pumps,whose implellers have different blade number (Z) and outlet angle (#beta#_2),is measured.The influence of Z and #beta#_2 on the entrifugla pump performance is compared when pumping different viscous oils.the test results show that th edegree fo their influence varies with viscosity of pumping medium.By analyzing test results,we find that suitable geometrical parameters cna decrease some bad influence of viscosity in comparatively large range of viscosity.At the end of the paper,some ideas about the design of centrifugal pump are presented when handling viscous medium.
