Separation Performance of Microporous Ceramic Membrane

摘要

The gas permeability properties of H-2, N_2, C_2H_4 and C_3H_8 in alumina membrane and silica modified membrane were studied. The experimental results shown that the modification by silica decreased the gas permeability through membrane, but improved the gas separation performance considerably. The selectivity of silica modified membrane for H_2/N_2 mixture was close to that expected for Knudsen diffusion.
