摘要

A large volume far remote nitrogen plasma reactor is developed for treated porous polyethylene samples. The aim is to improve the capillary ascension of PE with industrial solvents. The solid surface energy and its two components are determinated and studied versus plasma parameters, such as oxygen addition rate, incident power, treatment time. The polar contribution has been evidenced to enhance the wettability. The oxygen addition improves the efficiency treatment. Polar component evolution could be correlated to nitrogen atoms concentration.
