Case-based reasoner which predicts demand in fsat-food service restauants

In fast-fod restaurants there is a deadline establined for each sort of prepared food. If deadline is reached and food is steel not sell it should be destropyed. Alternatively if consumer is forced to wait for food he can resign to eat in this restaurant. For these reasons prediction of demand is significant to avoid large loses both in too big and too small supply.
