摘要

The well corrosion resistance of Zirconiaand Titania materials are attended by an insufficientthermal shock behaviour. It will be shown that smalladditions (5 wt%) of Titania in partial stabilizedZirconia and Aluminiumtitanate in Titania isdecreasing the Young Modulus of Rupture and the ThermalExpansion Coefficient of both materials, so that thethermal shock resistance is increasing strongly. Themedium four point bending strength of these materialsare higher than 120 MPa whereby the corrosion resistance has still remained.
