Systems based on BaTiO_3 with aliovalentsubstitutions in A cation sublattice have been investigated. Theeffect of substitution on the microstructure and electrophysicalproperties of cerarnic is shown. The results of thermodynamicconsideration were shown to be in agreement with experimentaldata on the effect of rare-earth ions on the electrophysicalproperties of posistor materials.
