摘要

Systems based on BaTiO_3 with aliovalent substitutions in A cation sublattice have been investigated. The effect of substitution on the microstructure and electrophysical properties of ceramic is shown. The results of thermodynamic consideration were shown to be in agreement with experimental data on the effect of rare-earth ions on the electrophysical properties of posistor materials.
