Tooling Data Farm

Tooling Data Farm As part of a growing PCB manufacturing company, we have found a need to develop a tooling system that can rapidly adapt to change. Though the application of new hardware and software tools, we are implementing a system that has a front end that can accept all data formats with preproduction data analysis tools. After analysis review of the customer designs, single image data is edited for completeness and manufacturability and then panelization criteria is defined. Job data sets are stored on a preproduction file server and managed with a part data management system during all phases of processing.
