In this paper, three different remanufacturing models are presented to analyze the member's profits of the CLSC (Closed Loop Supply Chain) considering product dis-assembly and recycling quality. The original manufacturer can remanufacture the recycled products by himself (Model M), or invite an independent manufacturer to remanufacture (Model R) or cooperate with the independent manufacturer (Model C), the dis-assembly degree of the recycled products impact the profits of manufacturers directly. The result of the stimulation shows that, when the demand is small, the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) can make more profits in Model R, IO (Independent Operation) profit in model R is higher than that of model C. When the demand is large, OEM can get highest profit in OEM remanufacturing model, while IO profit is higher when OEM & IO remanufacture. When the consumer demand gradually increased, OEM profit, IO profit and CLSC total profit will increase with the market expansion, the total profit of CLSC gets highest when IO remanufactures and chooses a difficult dis-assembly strategy.
