考虑产品可拆卸性和回收品质量的再制造决策研究

         

摘要

The disassembling difficulties of product design can divide product disassembling into two strategies which are high strategy and low strategy.Product disassembling and influence rules of recycled product qualities on product prices,market demands and OEM profits is studied by using Stackelberg game,and considering differences of customers on purchasing willingness of new products and re-manufacturing products.The research indicates that H strategy is more beneficial when the market size is larger.L strategy can promote OEM profit when investment difference of fixed cost is higher and the market size of the second stage is lesser,otherwise,H strategy will benefit more.OEM profit is higher when quality of recycled products is relatively lower.%运用Stackelberg博弈,考虑消费者对新产品、再制品购买意愿的差异性,研究了产品可拆卸性和回收品质量对产品价格、市场需求量、OEM利润的影响规律.研究表明:当市场规模较大时,采取H策略更有利;固定成本投资差额较大且第二阶段市场规模较小时,采取L策略能够提升OEM利润,否则,采取H策略获利更多;回收品质量相对较低时,OEM利润较高.
