摘要

In this paper, integrated optimization of preventive maintenance planning and production scheduling for a single machine with deteriorating effect is studied. In the investigated manufacturing system, processing of jobs is affected by the machine's random failures and deterioration. Thus, a flexible preventive maintenance strategy is adopted and integrated into the jobs' schedule. A nonlinear 0-1 programming model that is to minimize the expected maintenance and production costs is presented. To verify this model, a numerical instance with fifteen jobs to process in a single-machine is provided. The experimental results indicate that the proposed integrated optimization scheme can improve the performance of the system.
