Creativity among teams is crucial to gain a competitive advantage in cut-throat competition. Team creativity is a primary concern in different organizations of Pakistan. Focusing on high involvement work practices (HIWPs), this study proposed a multilevel model to enhance team creativity (TCP) by taking workload (WD) as moderator. Through a survey-based questionnaire, Data was collected from 300 employees of different hotels of major cities in Pakistan. Results found a significant positive association between HIWPs (Power, information) and team creative performance. However, HIWPs (rewards, knowledge) are not significantly correlated with team creative performance. Workload significantly moderates the relationship between HIWPs and team creative performance. However, knowledge is the only indicator where workload could not prove the interacting effect. Therefore, Mangers should conduct training to promote knowledge sharing behavior in teams. This study could be useful to develop an organizational strategy for enhancing team performance.
