摘要

This report has explored the possibility of using X-ray spectrometer to analyze the Ba & Ca contents in SrC03 raw material. View from the experiment result, this method can reach the same requirement as chemical analysis. This is a very quick analytical method. This report has briefly described the possibility of using high pure reagent to make standard sample for SrCO3 X-ray fluorescent analysis. The experiment shows thats because of the difference between the sample made by high pure reagent and actual chemical industrial product, powder pel-letizing method need to eliminate the effect of grain size and homogeneity, this can be realized by crushig samples to a certain degree. Using melting method to make samples has proved the possibility of adopting high pure reagent to make standard samples in anothor point of view.
