SYNTHESIS AND CRYSTAL STRUCTURES OF THE DECASELS, A NEW FAMILY OF POROSBLS

The synthesis of porosil structure types having different pore geometries is strongly influenced by the nature of the template. The size and shape of the template molecules determine the size and shape of the pores and the dimensionality of the pore system. We report here on the synthe-sis and structure of two new porosils, RUB-3 and RUB-4, which belong to the "decasil" family.
