A CONSENSUS FORMATION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR CHANGING PEOPLE'S LIFE-STYLE TO THE ENVIRONMENTALLY SOUND MANNER

摘要

In this paper, a decision support methodology to reduce CO_2 emission by residents' action is proposed. The methodology is based on the utility analysis of preferences of people to change their life-style to the energy saving manner. The preference on introducing the countermeasures such as to change people's life-style and the preference on the environmental risk caused by global warming are evaluated using multiattribute utility functions of residents. Then, modeling of consensus formation process among residents and the enterpriser to evaluate the feasibility of changing people's life-style is examined using group utility functions.
