摘要

Rank annihilation factor analysis(RAFA) is an excellent technique to quantify a specific component without recourse to any knowledge of the other components only requiring the matrix of the component of interest. In this work, an application of RAFA to the quantitative determination of Y and Dy from the data matrices of HPLC was studied. Satisfactory results were obtained. All of the recovery rates are between 96.17% and 108.67%.
