The anisotropy of electrical transport and optically-induced thermoelectrical signals in Yba_2Cu_3O_(7-x) thin films with tilted (0°<α≤45°) orientation of c-axis was studied. The evolution of electrical transport with the increase of tilt angle was interpreted by the HREM data of the microstrucrure of the films. Overlap-type Yba_2Cu_3O_(7-x)/PrBa_2Cu_3O_(7-x)/Yba_2Cu_3O_(7-x) junctions were fabricated using tilted c-axis thin films as base electrodes. The current distribution in fabricated junctions was studied by an imaging technique based on laser scanning microscopy.
