摘要

The aim of this work is to valid and improve rapid pesticide immunodetection in food, especially in fruits, vegetables and beverages, using BCL detection. A commercialized kit has been chosen to valid procymidone immunodetection on different food matrices (wine, grappe and lettuce) and to test advantages and drawbacks of a BCL detection. Sensitivity of BCL detection measured on a portable luminometer has been comparable to colorimetric detection measured with an efficient laboratory spectrophotometer. The assay logarithmic response was linear from 10 to 200 ppb procymidone in wine matrix. But test procedure must be improved to allow quantitative assays on matrices other than wine. We are studying the possibility of increasing sensitivity of the method by improving the opto-electronics of the luminometer.
