Organic dye write-once optical recording media

摘要

Using a novel organic dye-phthalocyanine compound, organic dye media for write-once optical recording were obtained by vacuum sublimation. The new media exhibited satisfactory optical recording characteristics and provided write-in power $LS 8 mW, write-in pulse duration $EQ 150 ns, the signal contrast $GRT 20%, and the ratio of carrier to noise $GRT 45%.
