To determine correctly the percentile horizontal normal and maximum working area curves, a new method was developed. The curves developed could actually be reached by the corresponding percentage populations. The method was based on determining the innermost working area of the reduced sample of working areas. The current or present methods employed for the purpose were not correct, since they had over-estimated the working areas. Consequently, the percentile working areas could not be reached by the corresponding percentage populations.
