SYNTHESIS OF SOME COUMARIN AND FUROCOUMARIN DERIVATIVES OF POTENTIAL BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY

摘要

In order to synthesis some of oxygen heterocycles, in combination with nitrogen containing groups of potential biological activity, coumarin was reacted with the enamino nitrile derivatives e.g. malononitrile- and ethylcyanoacetate dimers in the presence of piperidine to give the corresponding dihydrocoumarin derivatives.
