摘要

Charging by SEM electron source and corona point to grid apparatus can shift the OFETS from enhancement mode to depletion mode transistors. This would enable development of energy efficient roll-to-roll processed logic circuits. The amount of shifts in the threshold voltages can be effectively controlled over the surface of the dielectric by varying the position and intensity of the electron beam by the SEM set-up. Mobility and on/off ratio increased, indicating improved device performance.
