Ultracompact on-chip spectrometer based on high-index-contrast grating

We proposed an ultracompact on-chip spectrometer based on high-index-contrast grating. Simulation results show that, optical spectra are reconstructed with resolution as high as 2 nm and a compact footprint of only 60 µm ×48 µm. © 2020 The Author(s)
