Lands' End Sustainability and Employee Engagement

Lands' End reuses, recycles or composts 90 percent of generated waste from its Wisconsin Facilities, keeping it out of landfills and into the recycle stream w ith our goal of becoming a zero waste Campus. Lands' End was constructed on 211 acres of Wisconsin farmland where we have incorporated our sustainable practices for our employees. Over the past years we have developed and planted 35 acres of Wisconsin prairie, 10 acres of trees. 3.5 acres of Monarch butterfly gardens, employee garden, employee pumpkin patch, and a fruit orchard all connected by 2.5 miles of walking paths for our employees use and enjoyment.
