摘要

A theory of interaction of the electron with interface phonons at cryogenic temperatures in the cascade of broadband far infrared range quantum cascade detector was developed from first principles in the one-phonon approximation. The effect of all branches of interface phonons and different mechanisms of electron-phonon interaction on the spectral characteristics of the electron operating states in a cascade of the nanodevice is investigated.
