摘要

The internal governance effect of a university is a concentrated expression of the university’s governance ability and level, and it is also the core element that affects the realization of multiple functions such as knowledge production and social services of the university. In order to explore a feasible path for promoting efficient university governance and optimizing the governance mechanism, this paper aims at the 10 key influencing factors based on the theory of innovative problem solving (TRIZ), and transforms the key influencing factors into 10 key issues of university internal governance, and uses them as standard factors to establish a related model. This paper draws lessons from the 40 principles of invention and innovation in TRIZ, combines literature research and expert interviews to establish a strategy set on university governance, and formulates targeted strategies to improve the effectiveness of university internal governance.
