An Essential Meaning of Ubiquitous Concept and the Expanded Function of the EMR System taking account of the Life Support System

Nowadays the concept of the ubiquitous system is becoming more popular, and the discussion and focus of that concept of the system are mainly, mostly and easily stressed on the side of its merit, for instance, as it is the merit on the ubiquitous concept that the number of access to Network systems is increased by the use of IPv 6 because it has a great number of IP address. But the stress of only merit side does not necessarily mean the essential meaning of the ubiquitous system concept. In this paper, firstly an essential meaning of the ubiquitous concept is described and the direction for the ubiquitous system to be adapted to is proposed.
