A Conceptual Framework for Product Green Degree Collaborative Assessment Based on Reverse-Judgment Mechanism

In this paper we aim at the process to increase the reliability of a product green degree assessment as a research object, analyze the assessment system function structure from the conceptual design point of view, then we present a concept of autonomous work unit (AWU), which is the building blocks to construct an experts collaborative work model. With an example of AHP method to implement life cycle assessment (LCA), we introduce a reverse-judgment method into the assessment process to increase the quality of experts' data. On implementation, we carry out an experts-collaborative work platform model with a reverse-judgment mechanism, and discuss some key technologies in the model. Models above compose the conceptual framework for product green degree collaborative assessment. This framework acts as the groundwork of a concept and method to increase the quality of the assessment, and, besides of the application of green degree assessment, this framework can also be used in all phases during a product life cycle such as design, manufacturing, servicing, maintenance and so on
