This research needs to know about what factor for technology acceptance of cloud storage, in case of higher education student use Google Drive. Because at this time, cloud storage is a concern for higher education students who use this technology and it is necessary to evaluate this technology. The research was conducted using a quantitative research approach to obtain 338 respondents who actively use cloud storage is the Google Drive application. The research question in this study is: what factors of technology acceptance of cloud storage for higher education student in the case of Google Drive? The results of this study are (1) social influence give influence for perceived ease of use but not for perceived usefulness, (2) perceived ease of use is influence perceived usefulness but not for attitude, (3) perceived usefulness influence for attitude and behavior intention, (4) also attitude influence for behavior intention. The model used in this study is to use the Technology Acceptance Model.
