摘要

A theoretical model of organizational culture (OC) in construction project organization (CPO) is established. Through investigation of one large-scale construction project organization (LCPO) by questionnaire, 133 responses have received and analyzed from different parts of it. And by software named SPSS and AMOS, the questionnaire is affirmed to have good reliability and validity and the model is tested by datum from samples in one LCPO in China.
