Although there are a lot of advances in treating cancer, lung cancer is still the top ranked killer cancer taking millions of people's lives. For heavy patients, targeted therapy is commonly used to delay the progress of cancer. However, different mutations that cause lung cancer need different drugs for the treatment. In order to find similarities between mutations, we conducted an experiment using apriori algorithm and decision tree algorithm in order to compare the DNA sequence of mutations that can possibly lead to lung cancer.
