AMSAT Eagle Project

The AMSAT Eagle Project has evolved fromthe continuing interests of member’s, for a “replacement”for the popular High Earth Orbit(HEO) Amateur radio communications satelliteAMSAT OSCAR 13 (AO-13), and now forAO-40. These interests resulted in an effort tocreate a universally applicable spaceframe andearlier presentations.i,ii To this date the spaceframedesign has reached a degree of maturity,but we are still lacking the necessary payloadmodules. This presentation will revisit the featuresof a spaceframe design that has yet toachieve a fully defined mission.
