The scenario-based approach is a promising technique not only toelicit requirements from stakeholders but also to achieveuser-participatory development. Techniques to construct scenarios ofhigh quality with less effort are necessary. In addition, since duringthe development of a system its requirements are frequently changed bycustomers and/or users, the techniques to manage changes to thescenarios and to handle the change propagations in the scenarios arealso crucial. This paper proposes a solution to the above issues basedon reusable pattern techniques and a case grammar of natural-languageprocessing techniques. We abstract case frames as reusable primitiveparts to write sentences in a scenario and patterns to combine the caseframes so that we can get consistent scenario episodes
