Information management of e-commerce platform based on the neural networks and fuzzy deep learning models is analyzed in this paper. Big data mining can provide solutions for merchants to make accurate decisions and marketing in the ecommerce market, generate orders based on the needs of the corresponding users, and then use user feedback to improve their e-commerce products. In our model, the fuzzy neural network is applied. The basic similarity principle of minimized class and maximized is used to analyze the demand objects, realize the clustering of the high similarity of objects, and distinguish the objects of other clusters. Besides, deep learning is applied to optimize the structure. The experimental results have proven the performance.
