In early 2020, COVID - 19 in the case of a global outbreak epidemic, education teaching methods in this period mainly into the distance education, this paper presents a probabilistic hesitant fuzzy linguistic (PHFLTS), and a series of set operators based on the probabilistic fuzzy linguistic are proposed, and then a group decision making process is established on this basis. The group decision making process preserves the decision-maker of the original information better, and the calculation results of the model are more reliable, and finally through the four distance education platform to verify the superiority of the decision-making method.
