A methodology of controlling the application of chemically-foamed insulation in the manufacture of high-regularity wired radio-frequency cables, which ensures the achievement of the required characteristics of products is proposed. The main problems that are solved during the automation of the technological process of applying chemically-foamed insulation on extrusion lines are formulated. The systems for stabilizing the pressure in the extruder forming tool and stabilizing the temperature of the polymer melt in the extruder dosing zone have been developed. The analysis of the operation of stabilization systems for the operational parameters of technological equipment was carried out by means of computer simulation and proved their high efficiency.
