The algorithm of the automated drawing up of the operational calendar plan of small-scale radio-electronic production is considered. The genetic methods, swarm intelligence algorithm, bee swarm algorithm are considered as one of the methods of minimization of the production cycle. The paper shows that the solution to the problem of creating a system of automated minimization of production cycles, to create a software system for automated development of operational and calendar plans for small-scale production of electronic products, is an urgent task. At the same time, the creation of an automated development system of the operational schedule is a task of a virtual process in the form of an algorithm and software integrated into the software of an automated production management system. The comparative results of the studies of different algorithms are presented. The possibility of integration of the software of the automated system of operational and calendar planning in the software of the automated control system of production is shown.
