摘要

This paper presents a new simplified load angle limitation method for permanent magnet synchronous motors. The method is based on model predictive direct torque control and uses sequential cost functions for the load angle limitation, the torque and the flux respectively. The proposed control strategy possesses some attractive features, such as notable computational simplification, no weighting factors in the cost functions and fast dynamic behavior. Simulation results obtained using a permanent magnet synchronous motor demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.
